Abstract:
A health prompt method based on a smart wearable device, comprising: in a night mode, a smart wearable device continuously monitoring a peripheral audio input, recording audio monitored each time, and saving the audio and sending same to a mobile terminal (S10); the mobile terminal determining whether the audio is a pre-set type of audio (S20); if so, analyzing the audio to confirm the audio decibel (S30); and when the audio decibel exceeds a pre-set value, the mobile terminal sending a pre-set instruction to the smart wearable device so as to instruct the smart wearable device to send an electric pulse wave to physically prompt a user (S40). Further disclosed is a health prompt system. According to the health prompt method and system, when a smart wearable device (10) collects a sound, a mobile terminal (20) can complete corresponding determination, and when it is confirmed that a user is snoring, the smart wearable device (10) sends an electric pulse wave to physically prompt the user, thereby realizing the function of a device for stopping snoring, and also achieving the objective of effective prompting.
