Abstract:
A healthcare system is disclosed. An embodiment: receives a treatment booth request from a user terminal of a patient; transmits, to the user terminal, information about treatment booths located around the patient; receives, from the user terminal, a treatment reservation request including information about a treatment booth selected by the patient; on the basis of the received treatment reservation request, reserves treatment for the patient; when the treatment for the patient is completed in the selected treatment booth according to treatment information for the patient, receives, from the user terminal, feedback information about the treatment; and transmits the received feedback information to a treatment institute terminal.
