Abstract:
A light beer mashing formula, a beer produced therefrom, and a preparation method therefor, constituted by malt and a syrup of a high real degree of fermentation, where the malt is constituted by malted barley, malted wheat, and roasted caramel malt, the real degree of fermentation of the syrup is ≥ 89%, the concentration of the mashing wort prepared from the formula is 16-18 °P, the bitterness of same is 12-15 EBC, and the extreme degree of fermentation of the wort is ≥ 84%.
