Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hearing aid, portable device and control method therefor. The portable device comprises: a communication unit for receiving voice signals and image data from a hearing aid provided with a voice input unit comprising a plurality of microphones for receiving voice signals, and an image input unit for receiving image data; a storage unit for storing a voice database; and at least one processor which determines a locutionary position of the received voice signals, which determines whether or not a speaker is present at the determined locutionary position by using the received image data, which adjusts the identified voice signals so that the level of a hearing loss frequency region is increased with respect to the voice signals corresponding to the speaker, identified using the voice database from the received voice signals, when it is determined that the speaker exists at the locutionary position, and which controls the adjusted voice signals to be transmitted to the hearing aid through the communication unit, wherein the adjusted voice signals may be outputted by the hearing aid. Accordingly, the voice signals of the speaker existing at the locutionary position of the voice signals is selectively amplified to be outputted, and thus the hard of hearing is capable of listening to the voice of a conversation partner without inconvenience, whereby the concentration of conversation is increased.
