Title:
HEARING AID SYSTEM WITH SEARCH FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/073749
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a hearing aid system with a search function which enables easy finding of a hearing aid when the hearing aid is left behind or lost.
The system comprises an originating device (10) which originates a search signal and a hearing aid body (20) provided with a howling suppression function. The hearing aid body (20) comprises a reception part (23) which receives the search signal originated by the originating device (10), a light-emitting part (24), and an auxiliary power supply (26) which operates when a main power supply (25) is disconnected. When receiving the search signal by the reception part (23), the hearing aid body (20) maximizes the sound volume and the high-pitch sound output of a speaker (22), releases the howling suppression function to generate howling, and emits light by the light-emitting part (24).
