Abstract:
A heart rate detection method and a wearable device. The wearable device comprises a housing (101), a processor (102) mounted in the housing (101), an optical heart rate sensing module (103) connected to the processor (102) and mounted on one surface of the housing (101) facing to a wear position of a user, and a distance sensing module (104). The method comprises: detecting a position relationship between an optical heart rate sensing module (103) and a wear position of a user by means of a distance sensing module (104), so as to obtain relative position data of the optical heart rate sensing module (103) relative to the wear position of the user; and adjusting the signal transmission power of the optical heart rate sensing module (103) according to the relative position data, and detecting the heart rate of the user by means of the optical heart rate sensing module. The device and the method can improve the heart rate detection precision of the wearable device.
