Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heart simulating sheet for heart transplants, and a manufacturing method therefor, the sheet comprising: a sheet comprising adipose stem cells; heart myocytes; and fibroblasts. The heart simulating sheet for heart transplants, having a cell structure similar to that of the heart, according to the present invention, exhibits a high engraftment rate and a transplanted cell proliferation ability during transplantation to a damaged heart site, thereby being effectively usable in the treatment of heart diseases.
