Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of medical devices, and provides an artificial/implantable heart valve stent and a prosthetic heart valve. The heart valve stent comprises supporting units and an extension branch; the supporting units define a flow channel for blood to flow therethrough; the extension branch extends from the supporting units to the outside of the flow channel, and is provided with an extension part abutting against the heart tissue; a gap for accommodating a native heart valve leaflet is formed between the extension branch and a supporting main body. According to the technical solution in the present disclosure, the stability and reliability of installation and fixation of the heart valve stent can be improved, and the service life of the heart valve stent is prolonged, thereby reducing patients' risk of replacing the valve again; moreover, it is conducive to reducing coronary artery blockage when patients use heart valve stents.
