Abstract:
Provided is a hot-cold stimulation device comprising: a stimulation supply unit which supplies a heat stimulation and a cold stimulation to a subject; an estimation unit (S102) which estimates a degree of fatigue of the subject; and a control unit (S110-S114) which, according to the degree of fatigue estimated by the estimation unit, controls the operation of the stimulation supply unit so as to repeatedly alternately supply the heat stimulation and the cold stimulation to the subject. The control unit controls the operation of the stimulation supply unit such that the greater the degree of fatigue estimated by the estimation unit, the greater the amount of the cold stimulation received by the subject.
