Abstract:
Provided is a heat conductive sheet including: graphite particles (A) of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of scale-shaped particles, oval-shaped particles, and rod-shaped particles; a polymer (B) having an isobutylene structure; an ethylene propylene copolymer (C); and an ethylene octene elastomer (D). The scale-shaped particles are oriented with the plane direction thereof aligned along the thickness direction, the oval-shaped particles are oriented with the longitudinal-axis direction thereof aligned along the thickness direction, and the rod-shaped particles are oriented with the longitudinal-axis direction thereof aligned along the thickness direction.
