Abstract:
This heat cooker is provided with a blade (18) that, by rotating about a rotational axis within a cooking container (3) in a first and a second rotation direction (R1, R2), agitates an object to be cooked that has been placed in the cooking container (3). The blade (18) is provided with the following: a first function part (24) that, when the blade rotates in the first rotation direction (R1), presses the object to be cooked so that the object is directed toward a lateral wall (3A) of the cooking container (3); and a second function part (25) that, when the blade rotates in the second rotation direction (R2), presses the object to be cooked so that the object is not directed toward the lateral wall (3A) of the cooking container (3).
