Abstract:
Provided is a heat cooking apparatus whereby the temperature of a heating means can be sensed with good ability to follow the temperature, and the heating means can be appropriately controlled. The present invention is provided with a bottom-surface heating device (12) for heating a bottom plate (11) for contacting or approaching a lower surface of an object to be heated and transmitting heat to the object to be heated, a bottom-surface temperature sensing means (13B) for sensing the temperature of bottom sheet metal members (11, 75) for approaching or contacting the bottom-surface heating device, an upper-surface heating device (23) for heating an upper heating plate for openably/closably covering a space above the bottom plate, an upper-surface temperature sensing means (13A) for sensing the temperature of upper sheet metal members (21-22, 42) for approaching or contacting the upper-surface heating device, and a control device for controlling the bottom-surface heating device and the upper-surface heating device on the basis of the temperatures sensed by the temperature sensing means, and in a state in which the space above the bottom plate is covered by the upper heating plate, a heating chamber (40) is formed between the bottom plate and the upper heating plate, the bottom plate heats the object to be heated, which is accommodated in the heating chamber, by heat transfer from below, and the upper heating plate emits radiant heat to the object to be heated.
