Abstract:
This heat-cooking device (1) is equipped with: a cooking vessel (11) that has an opening (11a); an inner lid (21) that functions as a lid for sealing the opening (11a); a pressure-receiving part (32) that is displaced according to the pressure of the interior (11e) of the cooking vessel (11), and is movably provided in the inner lid (21); and a steam discharge valve (31) that functions as a valve body that is movably provided in the inner lid (21). The inner lid (21) is further provided with a steam discharge port (21a) that connects the exterior and the interior (11e) of the cooking vessel (11). The steam discharge valve (31) adjusts the surface area of the opening of the steam discharge port (21a). The surface area of the opening of the steam discharge port (21a) gradually increases according to the displacement of the pressure-receiving part (32) during the process of depressurizing the interior (11e) of the cooking vessel (11).
