Abstract:
Provided is a heat cooking device equipped with a memory card mounting mechanism for mounting a memory card, wherein the memory card mounting mechanism has a card insertion port for inserting the memory card at the bottom surface of a main body of the heat cooking device, and is configured so that the memory card is inserted vertically upwards into the card insertion port. The card insertion port is configured so as to not be visible from the exterior of the heat cooking device due to a front grill panel which is mounted to a machine chamber that is at a lower part of the main body. Due to this configuration, a commercial heat cooking device that is highly reliable and that does not require any special waterproofing measures can be provided.
