Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat-curable adhesive tape or sheet provided with a heat-curable adhesive layer, which has a good storage stability at room temperature and can exert an excellent adhesiveness and a high heat resistance after a high temperature/high humidity load treatment owing to the quick reaction ability, in the course of heat curing, of a resin contained in the adhesive. The heat-curable adhesive tape or sheet is characterized by being provided with a heat-curable adhesive layer which has a gel fraction of less than 70%, shows a difference in gel fraction before and after storing at 40°C for 7 days [(gel fraction after storing at 40°C for 7 days)-(gel fraction before storing at 40°C for 7 days)] of 15% or less, and has a gel fraction after curing at 150°C for 1 hour of 90% or more.
