Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat-curable magnetic epoxy resin powder coating, comprising the following substances in percentages by weight: 30%-50% of an epoxy resin, 20%-50% of a soft magnetic ferrite magnetic powder, 10%-20% of a composite curing agent, 5%-8% of a filler and 3%-8% of an adjuvant. A method for encapsulating an inductor using the epoxy resin powder coating comprises: proportionally mixing the epoxy resin, the soft magnetic ferrite magnetic powder, the composite curing agent, the filler and the adjuvant, then stirring same with a stirring device until uniform, then extrusion forming same into a flaky dry material, then crushing and screening same to obtain the epoxy resin powder coating, then impregnating a preheated inductor into the powder coating by using a fluidized coating device, and baking and cooling same to complete the encapsulation.
