Abstract:
Provided is a heat dissipating elastic body composition. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipating elastic body composition comprises: an elastic matrix forming component including a main material resin and a vulcanizing agent; and a heat dissipating filler. According to the present invention, this heat dissipating elastic body can protect a heating element from physical stimulation, such as vibration or impact, transferred from the outside to a heat dissipating body, and at the same time can rapidly conduct and radiate heat generated from the heating element. In addition, separation between the heating element and an exterior material or heat dissipating member and the like disposed adjacent/close to the heating element is minimized, and thus vibration caused by physical stimulation applied from the outside and noise caused by the vibration can be minimized. Moreover, deterioration caused by heat generated by the heating element or external chemical stimulation is minimized, and the heat dissipating elastic body can be easily moulded in various shapes. Accordingly, the heat dissipating elastic body can be widely applied to industries requiring heat dissipation.
