Abstract:
A heat dissipation composite is provided. The heat dissipation composite, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a polymer matrix; a metal support layer arranged so as to form at least one interface with the polymer matrix, and comprising a plurality of anchor holes penetrating the upper/lower parts thereof; and a heat dissipating filler dispersed on the polymer matrix. Accordingly, the heat dissipation composite exhibits excellent heat dissipation performance and at the same time has mechanical strength guaranteed, and thus may be applied as a heating source support and outer housing. Further, the heat dissipation composite has excellent durability, and thus may exhibit heat dissipation performance for a long time. Further, the heat dissipation composite has excellent lightweightness and economic efficiency, and thus may be widely applied in various technical fields requiring heat dissipation.
