Abstract:
Provided are a heat dissipation device and a lighting apparatus comprising the heat dissipation device. The heat dissipation device comprises a first substrate (1) and a plurality of first heat dissipation fins (31); the plurality of first heat dissipation fins (31) are spaced side by side on the first substrate (1) in a first preset direction; the heat dissipation device satisfies the following relational expressions 1 and 2, wherein L is the length of the first substrate (1) in a first preset direction and formula (aa) is the weighted average thickness of the plurality of first heat dissipation fins (31), N is the distribution quantity of first heat dissipation fins (31), δ1 is the maximum thickness value of the first heat dissipation fins (31), δ2 is the minimum thickness value of the first heat dissipation fins (31), θ is the draft angle of the first heat dissipation fins (31), and H is the distribution height of the first heat dissipation fins (31).
