Abstract:
A heat dissipation device and a terminal apparatus. The heat dissipation device (200) is used for dissipating the heat of a heat source. The heat dissipation device specifically comprises a heat transfer component (1) and a phase change unit (2). A phase change material (3) is provided within the phase change unit (2). The heat transfer component (1) is connected between the heat source and the phase change unit (2), and heat transfer occurs between the heat transfer component (1) and the phase change material (3). The heat transfer component (1) can be used for transferring the heat of the heat source into the phase change material (3). In this way, the invention can ensure the heat dissipation effect of the terminal apparatus, when the terminal apparatus increases power consumption over a short time.
