Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing heatsink heat dissipation particles and, specifically, to a method for preparing heat dissipation particles, the method enabling the preparation of heat dissipation particles in which a layer of metal such as copper is formed on the surface of a carbon-based powder, so as to compress-mold the prepared heat dissipation particles, and then sinter same, thereby enabling the manufacture of a heat sink with improved lightweightness and thermal conductivity. The method for preparing heat sink heat dissipation particles, of the present invention, comprises; a washing step of performing surface control by washing a carbon-based powder; a seed layer formation step of forming a catalyst metal seed layer on the surface of the carbon-based powder by using a composite ion colloid which is a catalyst; and a metal layer formation step of forming a metal layer on the surface of the catalyst metal seed layer by an electroless plating method.
