Abstract:
A heat dissipation protection apparatus for an electric motor, relating to the technical field of motor heat dissipation, and comprising a motor assembly (100), which comprises a motor body (101), a front end cover (102), a protective cover (103), a rear end cover (104) and a base (105). The protective cover (103) is arranged on the front end cover (102) of the motor body (101); when an output shaft (101a) is used for too long a duration, causing the interior of the front end cover (102) of the motor body (101) to overheat, a micro water pump (105b) in the base (105) can be activated, causing the micro water pump (105b) to extract cooling water from inside a water storage tank (105a) and convey same into a first heat exchange pipe (103b); a heat conduction plate (103a) of the protective cover (103) is made of a graphene material, and can extract heat in the front end cover (102) via a through hole (102a); at this point, the first heat exchange pipe (103b) can absorb the extracted heat in the protective cover (103) and perform heat exchange, the water following heat exchange flowing back into the water storage tank (105a); at this point, a semiconductor refrigeration plate (105c) can refrigerate the water which has undergone heat exchange, so the water again becomes cooling water to be reused; the invention allows for dissipating heat in the front end cover of a motor body while simultaneously avoiding waste of water resources, and is both resource-friendly and environmentally friendly.
