Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat dissipation system for a switch with a built-in firewall, the heat dissipation system comprising a switch body, wherein the switch body comprises a housing (1), a mainboard (2) arranged in the housing (1) and a central processing unit arranged on the mainboard (2), and also comprises a first heat dissipation assembly arranged inside the housing (1), a second heat dissipation assembly arranged outside the housing, and a cooling box (9). The first heat dissipation assembly comprises a heat collection plate (3), an oil inlet pipe (5), an oil outlet pipe (4), a heat dissipation fan (6), a pump (16) and a temperature sensor (15); a cavity is provided inside the heat collection plate (3), one end of each of the oil inlet pipe (5) and the oil outlet pipe (4) is in communication with the cooling box (9), the other ends thereof are in communication with the cavity in the heat collection plate (3), the pump (16) is arranged on the oil inlet pipe (5), and a part of the heat collection plate (3) is in contact with the mainboard (2); the central processing unit controls the pump (16) according to a temperature signal gathered by the temperature sensor (15); and a mounting frame is also provided on a side surface of the housing (1), and the second heat dissipation assembly comprises an air cooler (14) fixed on the mounting frame, and an air collection device (8) arranged at a lower portion of the housing (1). The heat dissipation system is provided with three heat dissipation mechanisms cooperating with each other and having a good heat dissipation effect on the switch.
