Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a heat-dissipation thermostatic coffee pot, comprising an upper pot, a coffee powder hopper arranged in the upper pot, a lower pot, and a water suction hopper arranged in the lower pot. A heat dissipation thermostat is provided between the upper pot and the lower pot; the heat dissipation thermostat comprises a body, a flow guide hole, and a heat dissipation groove; the body is provided with an upper connecting end and a lower connecting end which are connected to the upper pot and the lower pot, respectively; at least one flow guide hole is formed, and the flow guide hole is a through hole penetrating through the upper and lower ends of the body; at least one heat dissipation groove is provided, and the heat dissipation groove is arranged on the side of the body and located at the periphery of the flow guide hole; and an open water flow path is formed among the lower pot, the water suction hopper, the flow guide hole, the coffee powder hopper, and the upper pot. According to the present invention, the heat dissipation thermostat is additionally provided between the upper and lower pots of the coffee pot, the heat dissipation groove increases the contact surface between the body of the heat dissipation thermostat and the air, and when hot water flows through the flow guide hole, heat is conducted from the inner side of the body to the outer side of the body, and convective heat transfer between external air and the outer side of the body is carried out to perform heat dissipation on the hot water, thereby avoiding coffee liquid from splashing and excessively extracted, keeping the water temperature at a good extraction temperature, and keeping the water pressure stable.
