Abstract:
A heat dissipation-type electromagnetic reversing valve, comprising a valve body (1), a valve core (2), a valve body end cover (3) and an electromagnet assembly (4). Two ends of the valve body (1) are respectively connected to the electromagnet assembly (4) and the valve body end cover (3). The valve core (2) is provided within the valve body (1). The electromagnet assembly (4) comprises two iron cores (4-1) (4-2), an armature (4-3), a coil (4-4), a magnetic yoke (4-6), and a magnetic shield (7). Two ends of the magnetic shield (7) are respectively assembled on the two iron cores (4-1) (4-2), and the magnetic shield (7) is located at the outer periphery of the armature (4-3). The coil (4-4) is provided between the magnetic shield (7) and the magnetic yoke (4-6). The electromagnet assembly (4) further comprises a heat-dissipation support (4-7). The magnetic yoke (4-6) is provided in an installation though-hole (4-7-5) of the heat-dissipation support (4-7). The second iron core (4-2) is sealingly connected to an end of the heat-dissipation support (4-7). Several connection through-holes (4-7-1) are provided on the heat-dissipation support (4-7). The second iron core (4-2), the heat-dissipation support (4-7), the first iron core (4-1) and the valve body (1) are fixedly connected by means of allowing the fasteners (11) to pass through the connection through-holes (4-7-1). A heat dissipation fin (4-7-2) is provided on the outer wall of the heat dissipation support (4-7). Several radical drainage holes (4-7-3) are provided on the inner wall of the installation through-hole (4-7-5) of the heat-dissipation support (4-7). A heat-insulating gasket (10) is provided between the valve body (1) and the heat-dissipation support (4-7), and the heat-insulating gasket (10) is sleeved on the outer periphery of the first iron core (4-1). The heat dissipation-type electromagnetic reversing valve has good heat-dissipation performance, and the armature is not easy to get stuck, after being assembled.
