Abstract:
This heat engine system comprises: a heat engine that is driven by gas fuel and generates exhaust gas; a waste heat recovery boiler that has a fuel heating line for generating the gas fuel by heating liquid fuel through heat exchange with the exhaust gas, and that recovers waste heat of the exhaust gas; a liquid fuel supply unit that supplies the liquid fuel to the fuel heating line; and a gas fuel compressor that compresses the gas fuel generated by the fuel heating line and supplies the compressed gas fuel to the heat engine. The fuel heating line is disposed in a sub-dew point region, which is a temperature region in which the temperature of the exhaust gas passing through the waste heat recovery boiler is at most the dew point of moisture contained in the exhaust gas.
