A heat exchange device (100) comprises a heat exchanger (26) in which refrigerant circulating portions and cooling water circulating portions are stacked alternately, and a flow passage switching valve (101) through which cooling water can flow between the heat exchanger (26) and the switching valve, wherein: the flow passage switching valve (101) comprises a pair of valve bodies (120) and a housing (110); the housing (110) includes a pair of valve body accommodating portions (111), a plurality of connecting holes (112) providing communication between the valve body accommodating portions (111) and the outside of the housing (110), and a communicating hole (113) providing communication between the pair of valve body accommodating portions (111); at least two of the connecting holes (112) and the communicating hole (113) are arranged in a circumferential direction in the valve body accommodating portion (111) so as to form a cross-shape; a pair of the connecting holes (112) that extend perpendicular to the communicating hole (113) are arranged parallel to a stacking direction of the heat exchanger (26) on one end side in the stacking direction; and at least one of said pair of connecting holes (112) is connected such that the cooling water can flow to the heat exchanger (26).
