Abstract:
The present invention provides a heat exchange device and a heat exchange method enabling efficient heat exchange between the air and a refrigerant in a configuration including a heat exchanger disposed inclined with respect to a plurality of fans. A heat exchange device (100) according to the present invention comprises a heat exchanger (1) including a radiator (3) inside which a refrigerant (R) flows and a fan mechanism (2) which supplies the air (A) toward the radiator (3) of the heat exchanger (1) to cause the air (A) to exchange heat with the refrigerant (R) flowing inside the radiator (3). The heat exchanger (1) is disposed inclined with respect to the fan mechanism (2). The fan mechanism (2) includes a plurality of fans (4) arranged side by side along a direction laterally crossing a flow of the air (A) and includes a uniformizing means (5) which uniformizes the flow of the air (A) with respect to the heat exchanger (1).
