Abstract:
Disclosed are a heat exchange device (100) and semiconductor refrigeration equipment having the heat exchange device (100). The heat exchange device (100) comprises a heat transfer substrate (11, 12), at least one heat pipe (21, 22) and a plurality of heat exchange fins (30). The heat pipe (21, 22) has an intermediate segment (211) thermally connected to the heat transfer substrate (11, 12) and two end segments (212, 213) respectively extending from two ends of the intermediate segment (211) in the lengthwise direction of the heat transfer substrate (11, 12). The plurality of heat exchange fins (30) are provided on the end segments (212, 213) of the heat pipe (21, 22) to dissipate the heat transferred from the intermediate segment (211) to the end segments (212, 213). A fan (112, 122) is provided on the heat transfer substrate (11, 12) to drive an air stream to flow towards the heat exchange fines (30), so that the forced convection heat exchange between the heat exchange fins (30) and the air and the natural heat exchange of the heat exchange fins (30) are combined to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange device (100). Further disclosed is semiconductor refrigeration equipment, comprising a case body defined with a storage compartment, a semiconductor refrigeration plate and the heat exchange device (100) thermally connected to a hot end of the semiconductor refrigeration plate.
