A heat exchange device for a vehicle is provided with: a first heat exchanger, through the inside of which a first refrigerant flows; a second heat exchanger which is received within the tank of the first heat exchanger and through the inside of which a second refrigerant flows; and a pressure regulation valve which is provided on the upper part of the tank. The pressure regulation valve has a valve body moving according to pressure within the tank, and also has a first flow passage and a second flow passage, which connect the inside and outside of the tank. The pressure regulation valve is configured in such a manner that, if the pressure within the tank exceeds a first restriction value, the valve body moves, opening the first flow passage, and if the pressure within the tank exceeds a second restriction value greater than the first restriction value, the valve body further moves, opening the second flow passage in addition to the first flow passage. In the heat exchange device, even if the first refrigerant is ejected from the first heat exchanger, the first refrigerant is prevented from being discharged toward an engine compartment. As a result, a failure in equipment located within the engine compartment is prevented.
