Abstract:
The present invention provides a heat exchange element and a heat exchanger in which liner sheets have high water vapor permeability and gas-shielding performance. Specifically, there is provided a heat exchange element obtained by combining: a single-sided corrugated board (1) configured from a corrugated sheet (1) and a liner sheet (1) having a carbon dioxide shielding rate of 95% or above; and a single-sided corrugated board (2) configured from a corrugated sheet (2) and a liner sheet (2) having a water vapor permeability of 80 g/m2•hr.
