Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cooling device that can efficiently cool a heating element with high heat generation density, and that enables a low cost, lightweight, compact design, and in particular, to provide a heat radiating structure for a coolant thereof. [Solution] Provided is a heat exchange structure 1 for extracting heat from a coolant 3 in a cooling device S that accommodates, in a container 2, the coolant 3 that absorbs heat of a to-be-cooled object 9, the cooling device S having a radiator 4 that radiates heat of the coolant 3. The heat exchange structure 1 is provided with, inside the container 2, a base part 10 comprising a good thermal conductive material that radiates heat via the radiator 4, and a plurality of plate-shaped fins 11 comprising a good thermal conductive material and projecting inward from the base part 10 with at least a portion immersed in the coolant 3.
