Abstract:
The heat exchange system (8) is provided with: a gas line (12) through which gas to be cooled flows; a first heat exchanger (14) disposed on the gas line (12) and configured so as to cool the gas by performing heat exchange with a cooling medium; a cooling medium introduction line (16) for introducing the cooling medium into the first heat exchanger (14); a cooling medium discharge line (18) for discharging the cooling medium from the first heat exchanger (14) after the gas is cooled; a recirculation line (20) for causing at least a portion of the cooling medium flowing in the cooling medium discharge line (18) to recirculate into the cooling medium introduction line (16); and a flow rate adjustment unit (22) for adjusting the flow rate of the cooling medium flowing in the recirculation line (20) such that the temperature of the cooling medium introduced into the first heat exchanger (14) from the cooling medium introduction line (16) reaches a threshold value or higher.
