The disclosure provides a heat exchange tube for a heat exchanger. The material of the heat exchange tube comprises a core layer, a first layer and a second layer. The material of the core layer is industrial pure aluminum or aluminum alloy. The material of the first layer and the material of the second layer are aluminum alloy. The core layer comprises, in the thickness direction thereof, a first side surface and a second side surface. The first layer and the second layer are arranged outside the first side surface. The thickness direction of the first layer and the thickness direction of the second layer is generally parallel to the thickness direction of the core layer. The first layer and the second layer are located on the same side of the core layer. The second layer is closer to the core layer than the first layer. The corrosion potential of the first layer is smaller than the corrosion potential of the second layer, and the corrosion potential of the second layer is smaller than the corrosion potential of the core layer. The disclosure further provides a heat exchanger.
