Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of heat exchange, and specifically provides a heat exchange tube of a falling film type evaporator. The present invention aims at solving the problem that the heat exchange efficiency is easily affected due to the poor arrangement mode of T-shaped fins of existing heat exchange tubes. For this purpose, the heat exchange tube of the falling film type evaporator of the present invention comprises a tubular main body and multiple annular fins disposed on the tubular main body at intervals along the axial direction of the tubular main body, cross sections of the annular fins are all T-shaped and vertical portions of the annular fins are connected to the tubular main body so that a circumferential liquid guide groove having a T-shaped cross section is formed between every two adjacent annular fins, a plane where the circumferential liquid guide groove is located is perpendicular to the axis of the tubular main body, and the heat exchange tube further comprises at least one axial liquid guide groove penetrating through the multiple annular fins along the axial direction of the tubular main body so that heat exchange working media of all the circumferential guide liquid grooves can flow to each other. The present invention can effectively ensure that the heat exchange working media form a uniform and complete liquid film on the outer surface of the heat exchange tube, thereby effectively improving the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange tube.
