Abstract:
A heat exchange tube comprises a tube body (1) in which a steam channel (11) is disposed, and further comprises a spring strip (2). The spring strip (2) is disposed inside the steam channel (11). As a temperature inside the steam channel (11) changes, a thermal expansion phenomenon occurs in the spring strip (2). The tube body (1) has a spiral-form structure. The heat exchange tube is made by using the following method: First, the spring strip (2) is sleeved inside the steam channel (11) from an end of the tube body (1). Next, a tube bender is used to perform bending and formation processing on the tube body (1) in which the spring strip (2) is disposed, so that the tube body (1) has a spiral form. A length and an outer diameter of the spring strip (2) match a length and an inner diameter of the tube body (1). The spring strip (2) is disposed, so that a flowing speed of water inside the steam channel (11) may be reduced, thereby increasing a time of heating water and water vapor inside the steam channel (11), where the water vapor is generated from water being heated. Moreover, because of thermal expansion of the spring strip (2), incrustation can be effectively prevented from gathering inside the steam channel (11), and the tube body (1) is set to a spiral form, so that a length of the steam channel (11) can be increased, and water and water vapor that is generated from water being heated can be fully heated inside the steam channel (11).
