Abstract:
A heat-exchange-type ventilating device (100), provided with: a partition wall (21) having a bypass opening (21a) for communicating an exhaust air duct on the upstream side of a total heat exchanger (6) with an exhaust air duct between the total heat exchanger (6) and a humidifier (8), the partition wall (21) partitioning the exhaust air duct on the upstream side of the total heat exchanger (6) and a supply air duct on the downstream side of the total heat exchanger (6) from each other; a bypass damper (18) for opening/closing the bypass opening (21a); and a control unit (23) for performing a control of opening the bypass opening (21a) by means of the bypass damper (18) at a first time, and closing the bypass opening (21a) by means of the bypass damper (18) at a second time.
