This heat-exchange-type ventilation apparatus (50) equipped with dehumidifying function is provided with: a heat-exchange-type ventilation device (10) that performs heat exchange between an air discharge flow (2) flowing through an air discharge path (4) and an air supply flow (3) flowing through an air supply path (5); and a dehumidifying device (30) that performs dehumidification on the air supply flow. The dehumidifying device includes: a refrigeration cycle including a compressor (31), a heat radiator (32), an expander (35), and a heat absorber (34); and a heat exchanger (35) that performs heat exchange between air flowing through a first flow passage (36) and air flowing through a second flow passage (37). A first air supply flow (3a) introduced into the dehumidifying device is discharged to the air supply path after flowing through the heat absorber, the first flow passage, and the heat radiator in this order. A second air supply flow (3b) introduced into the dehumidifying device is discharged to the air supply path after flowing through the second flow passage and the heat radiator in this order. The discharge air flow introduced into the dehumidifying device is discharged to the discharge air path after flowing through the heat radiator.
