Abstract:
A heat exchange-type ventilation apparatus (50) equipped with a dehumidifying function is provided with: a heat exchange-type ventilation device (10) which exchanges heat between an exhaust flow (2) flowing through an exhaust air path (4) and an intake flow (3) flowing through an intake air path (5); and a dehumidifying device (30) for dehumidifying the intake flow (3). The dehumidifying device (30) includes a refrigeration cycle including a compressor (31), a heat radiator (32), an expander (33), a heat absorber (34), and a heat exchanger (35) which exchanges heat between airflows flowing thereinside. The heat radiator (32) includes a first heat radiator (32a) through which the introduced exhaust flow (2) flows and a second heat radiator (32b) which is cooled by water condensed at the heat absorber (34). Further, the second heat radiator (32b) is formed below the heat absorber (34), integrally with the heat absorber (34).
