A heat exchange-type ventilation device is provided with: a main body (1) having an air supply path and an exhaust path formed therein; an air supply blower provided within the air supply path; and an exhaust blower provided within the exhaust path. The heat exchange-type ventilation device is also provided with a heat exchanger that has a polygonal column shape, that is formed as a side surface in which an air supply inflow surface by which an air supply flow flowing through the air supply path flows in is adjacent to an exhaust inflow surface by which an exhaust flow flowing through the exhaust path flows in, and that causes heat exchange between the air supply flow and the exhaust flow. The heat exchange-type ventilation device is also provided with an air supply filter and an exhaust filter. The heat exchange-type ventilation device is additionally provided with a positioning section (13) in which a heat exchanger positioning part (71) that holds the corners of the heat exchanger and positions the heat exchanger, an air supply filter positioning part (72) that holds and positions the air supply filter, and an exhaust filter positioning part (73) that holds and positions the exhaust filter are formed integrally.
