Abstract:
This heat exchange type ventilation device comprises: a temperature adjustment coil (5) provided downstream of a heat exchanger in a supply wind path (1c) and configured to heat or cool a supply air constituted by outdoor air passing through the supply wind path (1c); a supply air temperature measurement unit provided downstream of the temperature adjustment coil (5) in the supply wind path (1c) and configured to measure supply air temperature that is the temperature of the supply air having passed through the temperature adjustment coil (5); and a control unit configured to control the operation of a blower and the temperature adjustment coil (5). The control unit performs blow out temperature limiting control such that the result of comparing the supply air temperature against a lower limit blow out temperature defining the lower limit of the blow out temperature of the supply air blown out from a casing (1a) and an upper limit blow out temperature defining the upper limit of the blow out temperature of the supply air blown out from the casing (1a) is used to perform ventilation based on control of the operation of the blower and/or temperature adjustment coil (5) so as to limit the blow out temperature.
