Abstract:
This heat exchange unit comprises: a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between air and refrigerant; a blower device that has a fan forming a duct for air flowing to the heat exchanger, and a fan motor to drive the fan; a speed detection unit that detects the fan motor speed; an air temperature detection unit that detects the temperature of the air flowing in the duct; and a control device that controls the operation of the blower device. The control device has: an electric current detection unit that detects the electric current flowing to the fan motor; and an air volume calculation unit that calculates the volume of air flowing to the duct on the basis of the current detected by the current detection unit, the speed detected by the speed detection unit, and the air temperature detected by the air temperature detection unit.
