Abstract:
The present invention provides a heat exchange ventilation device capable of suppressing production of drainage water by a heat exchanger by using high-humidity outside air during stoppage of operation of an air supply fan and an air discharge fan. A heat exchange ventilation device 100 according to the present disclosure comprises: an air supply path 14 which communicates with indoors and outdoors; an air discharge path 15 which communicates with indoors and outdoors; an air supply fan 2 which is provided to the air supply path 14 and forms an air supply stream from outdoors to indoors; an air discharge fan 3 which is provided to the air discharge path 15 and forms an air discharge stream from indoors to outdoors; a total heat exchanger 4 which carries out total heat exchange between the air supply stream and the air discharge stream; a first air discharge humidity sensor 6 which detects the humidity of air further outdoors than the total heat exchanger 4 in the air discharge path 15; and a control device 8 which initiates operation of the air discharge fan 3 when the humidity detected by the first air discharge humidity sensor 6 reaches or exceeds a first threshold value during the operation of the air supply fan 2 and air discharge fan 3.
