Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat-exchange ventilation device comprised of an air supply path (5) which is housed in a casing (2) and supplies the outside air into a room; an exhaust path (6) which is housed in the casing and discharges the indoor air to the outside of the room; an outdoor temperature sensor (18) which detects the temperature of the outdoor air; an indoor temperature sensor (19) which detects the temperature of the indoor air; a control device which controls the blast volume of an air supply blast machine and an exhaust blast machine on the basis of the output signals of the outdoor temperature sensor and the indoor temperature sensor; a bypass passage (15) which is juxtaposed to an air supply passage or an exhaust passage and bypasses a heat exchanger; and a damper (16) which switches the air supply passage or the exhaust passage to the bypass passage and vice versa, wherein the control device switches the damper to open the bypass passage to perform a usual ventilation operation, and increases the blast volume of the air supply blast machine and the exhaust blast machine to a blast volume larger than the blast volume when a heat exchange ventilation operation is performed before the usual ventilation operation, when the control device judges that the temperature of the outdoor air is equal to or more than a first threshold value, and the difference between the temperature of the outdoor air and the temperature of the indoor air is equal to or more than a second threshold value while the heat exchange ventilation operation is performed.
