Provided are a heat exchanger, etc. which can be easily manufactured. An outdoor heat exchanger (3) is provided with a fin (32), flat pipes (31), and a header (33a). The header (33a) has an outer cylinder (a1) which is provided with insertion holes into which the plurality of flat pipes (31) are inserted, an inner cylinder (a2) which is coaxial with the outer cylinder (a1) and which is disposed inside the outer cylinder (a1), and intermediate cylinders (a3, a4, a5) which are coaxial with the outer cylinder (a1) and the inner cylinder (a2) and which are disposed between the outer cylinder (a1) and the inner cylinder (a2). A plurality of cylinder bodies including the outer cylinder (a1), the inner cylinder (a2), and the intermediate cylinders (a3, a4, a5) are in close contact with other radially adjacent cylinder bodies, and the intermediate cylinders (a3, a4, a5) have a refrigerant flow passage (hg) through which a refrigerant flows.
