Title:
HEAT EXCHANGER AND AIR CONDITIONER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/235052
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A heat exchanger (12) comprises: a main heat exchanger (40) to which the main tube (4) of a main circuit for air conditioning is connected; and a sub-heat exchanger (41) that is connected to the main heat exchanger (40) and to which the sub-tube (5) of a sub-circuit for cooling a control device is connected. The main heat exchanger (40) has: a plurality of main flattened tubes (50) that extend vertically and in which a refrigerant flow path is formed; a main upper header (51) in which the upper ends of the plurality of main flattened tubes (50) are inserted and that collects and distributes the refrigerant; a main lower header (52) in which the lower ends of the plurality of main flattened tubes (50) are inserted and that collects and distributes the refrigerant; and a plurality of main fins (53) that are provided on the plurality of main flattened tubes (50) and promote heat exchange between air and the refrigerant flowing inside the plurality of main flattened tubes (50). The sub-heat exchanger (41) has: a plurality of sub-flattened tubes (60) that extend vertically and in which a refrigerant flow path is formed; a sub-upper header (61) that is connected to the main upper header (51), in which the upper ends of the plurality of sub-flattened tubes (60) are inserted, and that collects and distributes the refrigerant; a sub-lower header (62) that is connected to the main lower header (52), in which the lower ends of the plurality of sub-flattened tubes (60) are inserted, and that collects and distributes the refrigerant; and a plurality of sub-fins (63) that are provided on the plurality of sub-flattened tubes (60) and promote heat exchange between air and the refrigerant flowing inside the plurality of sub-flattened tubes (60). The sub-lower header (62) is connected to the sub-tube (5) and has formed therein a sub-heat exchanger outlet (65) that allows the refrigerant to flow out from the sub-lower header (62).
