Abstract:
This heat exchanger is provided with: a hollow fiber membrane layer that comprises a plurality of hollow fiber membranes and in which the plurality of hollow fiber membranes are agglomerated; and a fixing section that fixes both ends of the hollow fiber membranes from the outer sides of the hollow fiber membranes. The heat exchanger is characterized in that the fixing section comprises mainly polyurethane and the hollow fiber membranes comprise a thermally conductive layer containing high-density polyethylene and an adhesive layer that is provided to the outer side of the thermally conductive layer, that is affixed to the fixing section, and that comprises mainly a modified polyolefin resin.
