Abstract:
A heat exhanger comprising: a cylindrical casing into which an exhaust gas is introduced at one end and from which the exhaust gas is discharged at the other end; a compartment wall disposed in a spiral shape within the casing, the compartment wall compartmentalizing a first flow-through part through which an engine oil flows and a second flow-through part through which the exhaust gas flows; an oil introduction pipe which is attached to the other-end side of the casing and through which the engine oil is introduced into the outermost circumferential region of the first flow-through part; an oil discharge pipe which is attached to the one-end side of the casing and through which the engine oil is discharged from the outermost circumferential region of the first flow-through part; and a connection part via which an outer circumferential region and an inner circumferential region of the first flow-through part are connected in the radial direction of the casing.
