Abstract:
A heat exchanger (10) and collecting pipe assembly (1) used for the heat exchanger (10); the collecting pipe assembly (1) comprises a collecting pipe (100), an adapter pipe (200) and a connection pipe (300); an insertion hole (110) is provided on a wall surface of the collecting pipe (100); the adapter pipe (200) has a first end (210) and a second end (220); the first end (210) of the adapter pipe (200) is inserted in the insertion hole (110) and is welded with the collecting pipe (100); the connection pipe (300) has a first end (310) and a second end (320); the first end (310) of the connection pipe (300) is sleeved and welded with the second end (220) of the adapter pipe (200); and a guide portion (400, 600) for generating capillary force for a soldering flux is provided on at least one of an outer wall surface of the first end (210) of the adapter pipe (200), the wall surface of the insertion hole (110), a wall surface of the first end (310) of the connection pipe (300) and a wall surface of the second end (220) of the adapter pipe (200).
