Abstract:
A heat exchanger comprises: a refrigerant tube bent into a serpentine shape having continuous straight and curved sections; and a plate fin in which a plurality of long holes are provided on the plate surface, each long hole being formed from a rectangular section and an arcuate section provided at both short sides of the rectangular section. A plurality of plate fins are arranged being mutually spaced apart, and the refrigerant tube passes through the long holes. In the plate fin, collars are provided at both sides of the rectangular section in the longitudinal direction thereof and at the arcuate sections by cutting and bending the plate fin toward one surface thereof. Among the collars, rectangular-section collars formed at the rectangular section are separated from the arcuate-section collars formed at the arcuate sections.
